The Weissinger Tobacco company of Louisville, Kentucky issued a set of cards in the late 19th century of victorian women with instruments. The artwork is borrowed from the Buchner N286 series. The Weissinger cards can be found with the Our Flag Flake Cut and Burr Oak Brands. Twenty-three cards are known with likely more to be checklisted.
This N556 Weissinger Our Flag Flake Cut Musical Instruments card features the subject "Banjo" that is in VG condition and mostly clean. The card does have some very light water stain on the left side.
