The L21 College Leathers series is actually three different series of leathers in one classification. The L21-1 set is (87) known subjects on embossed leathers generally on brown leather but also some variations. The L21-2 set is (121) known subjects on embossed leathers with the pennant on a bow or staff with bows or ribbons on BOTH top and bottom. The L21-3 set is (73) known subjects on embossed leathers with the pennant on a bow or staff with bows or ribbons ONLY on the top of the bow or staff. Across all three types, there are a total of (132) known colleges represented with some known in all three types and others known in only 1 or 2 types.
This lot of mixed L21 leathers totals (76) pieces that are in Good to EXMT condition with most being very nice. All leathers have been scanned for wide format viewing.
