The E26 John Dockman Menagerie Gum set is a (24) card set of colorful animal cards issued in the 1910's timeframe by John. H. Dockman and Son of Baltimore. Dockman was a confectionery company and issued a number of card sets as well as boxed candy goods. The checklist on the back of the set includes (27) titles but the final three entries on the list (antelope, boar, and prairie dog) have not been seen. Cards measure the standard 1-1/2" Wide by 2-3/4" High.
This lot of (8) E26 Dockman Menagerie Gum cards are in higher grade VG to VGEX with just some wet sheet transfer color on the backs of the very clean cards. This is the nicest lot of E26 Menagerie Gum we have had to offer.
