The C154 D. Ritchie and company set is a late 19th century tobacco card set numbering (52) cards in total for all (52) cards in a playing card deck. The cards feature images of ladies playing cards with the card visible in the actual card image as well as the card noted in the upper left and lower right corner. The cards can be found with the D. Ritchie back which is a crimson color or the successor back which is a light blue back. As with all D. Ritchie cigarette cards, these are scarce and completing sets is a challenging endeavor.
This lot of (8) C154 D. Ritchie Co Playing Cards are in Good to VGEX, averaging around VG. All (8) cards have the original D. Ritchie crimson colored back.
