Topps and Bowman used the artwork on these cards for a number of sets including this 1952 Bowman set, the 1956 Topps set and a refreshed 1970 Topps set. This set is a set of (36) cards issued by Bowman in 1952. The cards are the larger format Bowman cards of the 1953-55 Bowman baseball fame and similar to the Power for Peace and other early Bowman nonsports cards. The pictures are colorful and backs are plain black and white printed.
This complete set of (36) cards is in VGEX to EX with a few better and a few worse. Great, small set from the early days of Bowman.
